When you have kids and friends with kids, the weekend soirées have to have the perfect balance of healthy and yummy.
This scrumptious raw papaya and carrots salad that I made last night is exceedingly popular amongst each one of family members. While kids love to munch on it because of the tangy flavour, it is also a great accompaniment for the adults’ drinks.
A must try + a super healthy alternative to binging on nachos or fried snacks.
Light soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 lemons
Toss together julienned raw papaya and carrots. Add peanuts. Pour in the dressing when you’re about to serve.
